Delete your account and app data.
You can request deletion of your Sac Bill Tracker account through this website without installing the app. This also applies to accounts used in our earlier Android app, California Legislature Tracking.
Request deletion on the website
- Open the request form below and sign in with the Sac Bill Tracker account you want deleted.
- Enter a reply email address that you can access. In the message, write: “Please delete my Sac Bill Tracker account and all associated app data.”
- Submit the request. Support may ask you to confirm account ownership before processing it. Do not send your password or payment-card details.
The form uses your authenticated account to identify the deletion request. If you cannot sign in, use the password-reset option on the sign-in page or your original Google, Facebook, or Apple sign-in method.
Delete directly in the app
In Sac Bill Tracker 2.0, open Settings → Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm your identity. You will be signed out. Automatic cleanup normally finishes within a minute and retries if interrupted. If your installed version lacks this option, use the website request above.
What is deleted and retained
Deletion removes your sign-in account, tracked bills, lists, tags, notification settings and tokens, stored reports, and account-linked support data. Your other devices lose access to that account.
Limited deletion markers and hashed transaction records are retained to prevent delayed work from restoring the account and to prevent purchase replay. Payment providers retain transaction records under their own legal and retention requirements. Analytics and crash diagnostics follow the providers' retention policies, as described in our privacy policy.
Cancel store subscriptions separately
Deleting the account does not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel them in the store where you subscribed to prevent future charges. Linked web subscriptions are canceled during account deletion.
